  • Processing Time
    As a friendly reminder, our normal processing time is 5-7 business days to process the order as all of our items are handmade. This allows for us to deliver a high quality product you will surely love. Then after the order is fulfilled, the shipping election made at the time of checkout begins. You will receive another email with tracking information for your order at that time.
  • When Can I Expect My Order to Arrive?
    It may take up to 7 days to process your order. We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on regular operating days will ship within 7 business days after ordering. Shipments are made via USPS and UPS, and will arrive according to the selection made at checkout. We do not ship International orders yet. Once your order has been dispatched, GNSIS accepts no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package. If there are any delays or concerns with your package once posted (including the rare case of your package not arriving) GNSIS is not liable as we have no control once it is with the postal service. In this instance, please contact your local postal service with the tracking number that was provided when the package was sent. Unfortunately, we are not able to give any refunds or resend orders in these circumstances.
  • What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
    We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover…awe, the purchasing power of ‘virtual plastic!'
  • I Received A Defective/Wrong Product
    We apologize for the mix-up and want to ensure you get the right item as quickly as possible! Feel free to send us an email at info@gnsisco.com to notify us of the mix up. Please include your order number, name and email used on the order. Make sure to specify the concern: original product ordered as well as the actual product you received including the style/design, color and size. Please attach picture of the product(s) showing the mishap. Example: showing the defect, the size, or wrong item. We will provide you with a 25% off discount code for your next purchase if you received a defective product. All wrong orders we send out will be corrected.
  • Can I Model For GNSIS?
    Yes, absolutely! As you can see from our social media platforms we have new models everyday. However, if you want to arrange a shoot we’d love to explore the possibility of using you as a future model for GNSIS. To be considered, you must be able to meet in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
